Mathematics Centre

The Mathematics Centre is your contact for all matters concerning mathematics.

Mathematics Centre online

The Mathematics Centre offers its support primarily in presence in room 1.027. We are also available online.

Our offering

Support for our students at Bachelor and Master level

Our mathematics lecturers have extensive didactic experience and know the mathematical requirements that are needed in the engineering and computer science courses of our degree programs. We know the difficulties that students face in the mathematics modules. We accompany and support them at all stages of their studies.

Further education courses

Lecturers in mathematics offer further education courses in didactics and methodology.

Mathematics Conference

The Mathematics Conference serves as an exchange of experience and the maintenance of contacts between the FHNW University of Applied Sciences and the vocational baccalaureate schools or corresponding schools in our area. It's of great importance to us to reflect on the developments at the interface between BMS and FH from both perspectives, so that we can together provide students with optimal support when they enter university.
