Mechanical design in aerospace

Development of components and automated production processes for aerospace.

We develop components and production processes for aerospace, in order to produce complex components of a consistently high quality quicker and more cost-effectively through automation.

Within general mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering holds a special position. The products are subjected to high mechanical and thermal stresses, but must still be designed in a consistent lightweight construction, to ensure functionality and economic efficiency. At the same time, strict safety standards must be fulfilled. Verification of very high product reliability is also of central importance.

    • System engineering based on requirements lists and interface documents
    • Preparation of designs using materials and processes in accordance with aerospace guidelines
    • Aerospace-compliant finite element models and simulations in NASTRAN
    • Strength tests and reports in accordance with international standards, e.g. ECSS (European Cooperation for Space Standardization)
    • Production of structural components and installation of assemblies
    • Development and production of test equipment
    • Performance of static and dynamic acceptance tests
