Design user experiences – intuitive, emotional, with no limitations
Research focus areas
Digital Experience Design refers to the systematic design of holistic user experiences. Our competencies combine technical expertise with a strong design sensibility to develop digital products and services that are not only functional and intuitive, but also meaningful and aesthetically compelling.
Our expertise covers the following areas:
- User Experience (UX): Analysis and design of the entire user journey – from onboarding to the long-term use of a digital product or service. The objective is to enable intuitive, satisfying and efficient interaction with digital products and services.
- Interaction Design: Design of clear and comprehensible interactions between people and interactive systems. We develop processes, interaction elements and feedback mechanisms that ensure logical and intuitive usability.
- User Research: Systematic investigation of the needs, expectations and behaviours of individuals and communities. These insights form the foundation for evidence-based design decisions.
- Experience Design: Development of digital solutions that are not only functional but also emotionally engaging. We consider design, content, behaviour and context to create meaningful and holistic user experiences.
- Frontend Design: Design and technical implementation of user interfaces with a focus on responsiveness, accessibility and fundamental design principles. We develop user-centred interfaces that are both visually compelling and technically robust.
- Graphic Design: Visual design of digital content – from icons and layouts to comprehensive design systems. The goal is to establish a clear visual language that supports functionality and conveys brand identity.
- Information and Data Visualisation: Development of visual representations of complex content and data sets to make information understandable, accessible and interpretable. This includes both static visualisations and interactive dashboards.
We combine qualitative, quantitative and design-based research methods – such as surveys, interviews, participant observation, usability testing, as well as contextual and participatory design – to understand user needs, validate concepts and iteratively refine designs.
Our solutions aim for clarity, accessibility and a positive digital experience – across all devices and usage contexts.
