BSc Information Communication Systems trinational

The trinational version of the Electrical and Information Technology degree programme: study in three countries – or in other words, push back frontiers.

The Trinational Information Communication Systems Bachelor's degree programme is a collaborative enterprise of  the FHNW School of Engineering, the Furtwangen University in Germany and the University of Upper Alsace in France.

Students complete a year of study at each university and also spend one semester doing an internship in the industrial sector. At each location, you are fully integrated into the electrical and information technology degree programme available there.

Career and future opportunities

In addition to technical training, graduates have acquired further skills that are in high demand in the labour market:

  • Direct experience of the cultural traits of different countries
  • An outstanding ability to interact with other people and deal with new situations
  • German, French and English language skills

This makes the Trinational Information Communication Systems graduates the ideal candidates for leadership roles as well as positions in companies with an international focus.
