    Irene Buller is a lecturer for Business Information Systems at the FHNW School of Business. Within the Business Information Systems department, her focus is on digital transformation and innovation.

    She studied Social Innovation Management at the Munich University of Applied Sciences and completed her Master’s in Business Administration at the University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.

    As a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young in Technology Transformation, Irene Buller led strategic IT projects, managed the implementation of innovative technologies, and optimized business processes for global companies.

    Research Interest
    Her main interest lies in digital transformation, particularly in the area of Web3 and Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT). She sees these technologies as key to shaping the future of financial systems and corporate strategies. She emphasizes the opportunities for decentralization and efficiency improvements and is involved as a mentor for DLT Talents at the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center.
