      My research focuses on flexible and agile work, especially the necessary organizational and psychological developmental processes. Current and recently finished projects are:

      • “Transformation Journey Agility”: Implementation of a new, agile mode of work in a SME in the engineering industry; scientific evaluation of the organizational and leadership development.
      • “pragmatic solutions gmbh as developmental organization”: Effects of personal learning and development on entrepreneurial success at the organizational level; qualitative process evaluation.
      • “Employee union of the future in the flexible world of work”: Analysis of the needs of flexibly working employees regarding union representation; interview study.
      • «FlexWork phase model»: Development and operation of an online self-assessment for organizational conditions for mobile and flexible work.
