Saskia Schmidt is a visiting scientist at the MicroorganoLab in Tübingen
13. November 2024
Saskia Schmidt, PhD candidate in the Cell Biology and In vitro Toxicology Lab, is visiting the group of Prof. Dr. Peter Loskill at the MicroorganoLab in Tübingen for a four month work project.
This is a great opportunity that gives Saskia the chance to gain first-hand training from this outstanding group, who pioneered organ-on-chip technologies.
We are proud that she received partial funding from 3RCC to finance this visit and very grateful to Peter and to Dr. Madalena Cirpiano for supporting her in the lab during her stay.
This exchange will give Saskia the last push to complete her Ph.D. degree and help us strengthen FHNW’s links with this group!
