I am looking into the application of nanopore technologies for the sequencing of proteins, hoping to use this as a tool to characterise protein isoforms in cancer cells

I completed my bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences in 2024 at the University of Bath, UK. I am now studying the Masters in Data Science in Life Sciences at FHNW
