One-shot de novo protein binder design

Work background/studies
Before starting my degree program, I successfully completed an apprenticeship as a Biological Laboratory Technician at Novartis. I then earned a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences in Cell Biology and Bioanalytics. For my bachelor’s thesis, I worked on “Protein binder engineering for structural stabilization of the unstable glycerophospholipid transport protein AsmA from Gram-negative bacteria”. Currently I am pursuing a master’s degree and working as a research assistant in the laboratory of Prof. Dr. Dominik Meinel.
