Developing and building lateral flow assays for the detection of dengue antigens and cardiac diseases 

Work background/studies
I completed my apprenticeship as a pharmaceutical assistant in 2021 and shortly thereafter began a bachelor’s degree in Cell Biology and Bioanalytics at FHNW. As part of my bachelor’s thesis, I conducted research at the Swiss TPH in Allschwil within the Virology Group, where I worked with various assays and the diagnosis of dengue fever with a lateral flow assay. After completing my thesis, I was able to continue my research on this topic for several additional months.
