Specialisation in HRM & Change

Today's work environment is characterised by ever faster change. A modern Human Resource Management (HRM) meets this challenge, develops concepts and strategies for people and organisations and implements them. Digitalisation enables new forms of work and organisation, which an innovative HRM helps to shape. What is needed are people who check, adapt and develop established and novel instruments of HRM and organisational development.

You will study why traditional forms of organising are increasingly replaced by agile concepts and self-organisation and how you can contribute to shaping this change.
