A six session course with Lathika Vithanage. Individual sessions with Lathika Vithanage and Irene Lukanow.

Small-group sessions with two individual lessons included for each student. Sessions are offered on select Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout the autumn semester at the following times:
- Tuesdays: 11:00–12:00 and 15:00–16:00

Embodying Beethoveen (Beethoven-Akademie V, 29 October)
A one day workshop with Peter Buckoke and Judith Kleinman.
Playing music engages mind, body and emotions. Alexander Technique’s toolkit connects all three in the quest for musical expression. This Beethoven-Akademie, presented by Judith Kleinman and Peter Buckoke, will look at the body-mind-set that allows instrumental and vocal technique to retreat to the background, bringing inspired, connected performance to the fore, from the intimacy of chamber music to the vast expressive horizons of late Beethoven. Skills of self-regulation and co-regulation help bring performers to a state of freedom and graceful presence, vital for intuitive, mutually realised creativity.
