E-Commerce Best Practice Day 2026
The hands‑on conference for Swiss online retail experts
Once again, around 300 decision-makers, experts, and interested parties from the digital commerce sector will meet at the E-Commerce Best Practice Day to learn about and discuss best practices, innovative technologies, and current trends in e-commerce.
Best practices and various AI applications from e-commerce practice will be presented:
- Generative AI in content creation
- AI-generated product information
- LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI tools in practice
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) in online retail
- Chatbots (digital sales advisors) and
- AI agents (Agentic Commerce).
