E-Commerce Best Practice Day 2026

The hands‑on conference for Swiss online retail experts

Once again, around 300 decision-makers, experts, and interested parties from the digital commerce sector will meet at the E-Commerce Best Practice Day to learn about and discuss best practices, innovative technologies, and current trends in e-commerce.

Best practices and various AI applications from e-commerce practice will be presented:

  • Generative AI in content creation
  • AI-generated product information
  • LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI tools in practice
  • Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) in online retail
  • Chatbots (digital sales advisors) and
  • AI agents (Agentic Commerce).

The diverse program offers over 20 inspiring keynotes from e-commerce practice as well as exciting insights from research. It provides insight into the success strategies of leading Swiss online retailers and platforms:

This year, the program at the E-Commerce Best Practice Day will be supplemented by the International Scientific-Practical Conference (ISPC 2026). Approximately 100 participants and hybrid contributions from applied science are expected.
