Digitalisation, social upheavals and new forms of work open doors to the world of work, but also pose challenges for mental and organisational health.
The Institute for Mental and Organisational Health is concerned with the health-promoting structuring of working conditions and organisational changes as well as strengthening resilience at an individual, team and organisational level.
The research and development priorities are derived from the social need for health and are focussed on:
- healthy changes
- healthy living
- healthy working
