Our institutes

Institute for Innovation, Transformation, and Sustainability

Digitalisation, mobility, and individualisation are accelerating change across work, the economy, and society. This transformation calls for more than technological solutions; it requires a deep understanding of human experience and behaviour in complex change processes.

Institute for Mental and Organisational Health

Digitalisation, social upheavals and new forms of work open doors to the world of work, but also pose challenges for mental and organisational health.

Institute Humans in Complex Systems

Automation, digitalisation and technical networking present great opportunities but also challenges for the complex interplay between humans, technology and organisations.
