Promoting a healthy lifestyle throughout life is of critical importance in society.
The promotion of a healthy lifestyle and health-promoting general conditions is of crucial importance in our society. The social costs of illnesses are high and could be significantly reduced by prevention and health promotion.
We contribute to the issue of how both lifestyle and general conditions can be positively influenced over the entire lifespan. This includes the interaction of work, family and leisure time: How can you achieve a balance between work and private life? How can work and private life be distinguished such that it is possible to relax and at the same time maintain performance?
