Professional experience
- Since October 2024: Development and Head of Programme Master of Science in Human-Centered Digital Innovation Master's course at FHNW.
- Innovation enthusiast and expert with more than 20 years of experience in innovation roles in the fast moving consumer goods industry (Valora), in consulting (Input Consulting) and from 2017 to 2024 as head of the innovation department at Mobiliar Insurance (identifying, testing and validating new business opportunities and implementing them, if successful). Founded a cross-company and cross-country innovation lab in Stockholm.
- Mandates as a lecturer at various Swiss schools, as an expert at the Swiss agency for innovation promotion Innosuisse and in the Kickstart Innovation program as well as a board member of Action Jam, the network for innovation management in Switzerland.
Education
Studies in Business Administration at the Bern University of Applied Sciences and continuing education in creative leadership (Kaospilot University) and progressive organisational design (Corporate Rebels), among others
