Transformation of leadership, collaboration and space in terms of «New Work»

Digitalisation and increased flexibility are changing the world of work and offer a great deal of development potential while certainties are dwindling. “New Work” influences both the way in which we work as well as where we will work in the future and our well-being.

We are eager to shape these transformations and embrace managing them positively and productively. So that people can work together mindfully and successfully, we organise leadership, collaboration and the spatial environment on a psychologically sound basis.

Together with us in our research projects, you benefit from the latest scientific findings for your practice. We support you in innovation and transformation processes and generate new knowledge with you. We systematically develop change measures and check their impact – in order to organise flexible work on a sustainable basis.
