Psychologically sound approaches for forward-looking offers with a long-term horizon

Our projects and continuing education programmes support companies and public institutions in their efforts to tailor offerings and services to the needs and expectations of their target groups.

Using methods informed by psychology, we analyse attitudes and behaviour in areas such as mobility, energy, nutrition, well-being, sustainability and digital services. We investigate what people know about these issues, how they arrive at decisions, and how positive behaviour can be encouraged.

Working closely with companies, organisations and research partners, we contribute our psychological expertise to addressing societal challenges such as climate change, demographic evolution and digitisation. In doing so, we combine scientific analyses with practical solutions to design products, services and technologies for the future.
