A business model to promote B2B sharing projects
The project developed an SME oriented toolbox, which supports B2B sharing projects in a process-oriented manner. Sharing projects were subsequently be transferred into a two-stage business model consisting of (1) platform-based mediation and (2) advice and training-based support.
