Specialisation in Financial Management and Controlling

This specialisation teaches you how to apply your expertise to the financial management of companies. This requires the creation of decision-relevant and trustworthy financial data as well as the targeted analysis, evaluation and interpretation of it. Controlling is primarily concerned with showing decision-makers alternative courses of action and their financial consequences. Thus modern controlling increasingly takes the form of in-house consulting.
