“Global perspectives. Practical experience. Personal growth.”
The Master’s in International Management at FHNW equipped Celina Heutschi with the skills and confidence to excel in recruitment and talent attraction. Through hands-on modules and interaction with international peers, she strengthened her business expertise and intercultural skills, experiences that continue to shape her professional journey today.
The Master’s in international management at FHNW equipped me with the tools to navigate confidently and effectively in a fast-paced, international environment. Throughout the programme, I deepened my business knowledge while significantly strengthening my project management and intercultural collaboration skills.
The hands-on modules, global focus, and close exchange with students from diverse backgrounds helped me better understand complex dynamics and thrive in a fast-paced professional setting.
One of the most impactful experiences was the opportunity to return to the programme as a coach for the Cooperative Learning Project (CLP) after graduation. It’s incredibly rewarding to support FHNW master’s students on their CLP journey and share my own experiences – a meaningful way to give back and continue learning from the next generation of professionals.
After my graduation, I gained valuable experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition at PwC, where I helped identify and engage top talent across various business areas. This role sharpened my understanding of strategic hiring, candidate experience, and employer branding – all of which continue to shape my approach today.
I currently work as a Campus Talent Attraction Specialist at UBS, where I’m responsible for talent attraction and employer branding for apprentices and graduates. I’m passionate about creating meaningful touchpoints that inspire young talent to explore their potential and take their first steps into the professional world.
The Master’s programme not only opened doors for me but also gave me the confidence to take on responsibility and contribute meaningfully to recruitment, talent attraction and employer branding.
My conclusion: Studying at FHNW was a transformative and enriching experience – academically, personally, and professionally.
