The FHNW School of Applied Psychology offers degree programmes in occupational, organisational, and business psychology. Guided by the principle that people must be at the heart of shaping the future of work, business, and society, our programmes are designed with a strong focus on real-world application. Both our Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees offer excellent preparation for careers in the commercial sector.
Our Bachelor degree programme provides a solid foundation in applied psychology and students get to specialise either in occupational, organisational and personnel psychology or in business psychology. Our consecutive Master programme provides a deep understanding of current research in those areas and how that knowledge can be applied to challenges faced in companies.
The degree programmes are mainly taught in German and require at least a C1 level (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) command of German.
