      Polymer Chemistry Lab FHNW

      We offer synthesis, modification and wet-chemical analyses of plastics, as well as sample preparation and ageing tests.

      Our offer

      We assist you with the production, adaptation and analysis of polymer samples on a laboratory scale. Sample preparation for further analysis can also be carried out.

      Advanced wet-chemical and physical processes on polymer materials such as extraction, film casting and ageing

      GPC/SEC, TLC

      Mills

      Rotor mill, knife mill, ball mill

      Ageing

      Climate chamber KMF 115 (Binder), UVA Cube 2000 (Hönle), UVA Cube 400 (Hönle)

      Gelpermeationchromatography GPC / Size exclusion chromatography SEC with THF and HFIP for the determination of molecular weights and distribution.
