Das FoodCultureLab ist eine Küche und ein kollaboratives Lab für Lebensmittelpraktiken am Institute Art and Design Education (IADE) der Hochschule für Gestaltung und Kunst Basel (HGK Basel). Eine Vielzahl von Formaten und Iterationen, die Lebensmittel als Medium, als Material und als miteinander verbundenes lebendes System erforschen, werden im FoodCultureLab erprobt.
