The FoodCultureLab, is a kitchen and a collaborative lab for food practices at the Institute Arts and Design Education (IADE) at the Basel Academy of Art and Design (HGK Basel). We welcome a manifold of formats and iterations that explore food as a medium, as material and as an interconnected living system.
MANIFESTO
We are currently restructuring the FoodCultureLab. Consequently, no bookings are possible from August 1 to October 12. Reservations and emails will not be answered. All bookings made prior to the summer break will proceed as planned. Anyone wishing to make a reservation for a date after October 12 should get in touch again in mid-October. Everyone wishing to use the FoodCultureLab requires a new induction session, which is organized by Jana Hoffmann; previous inductions are no longer valid.
