On 11 October 2022, a high-ranking delegation of representatives from the Vietnamese government headed by H.E. Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia, Chairman of the Commission for Information, Science and Education, visited the FHNW campus in Olten.
The delegation was welcomed by Crispino Bergamaschi, president of FHNW. In his greeting note, H.E. Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia emphasized the long-standing good relationship between Vietnam and Switzerland and highlighted successful education collaboration programmes with the FHNW School of Business. He also stated that the Vietnamese government is pursuing a strategy that promotes education as a key factor for increasing prosperity and growth.
In the following presentations and discussions, representatives of the FHNW School of Business gave an overview of the role of FHNW within the Swiss education systems and detailed the school’s achievements and strategies regarding higher education and training in the context of digitalization.
