The team in the ‘Business Process & Project Management’ research focus develops practical methods and approaches for the analysis, design, automation and optimisation of business processes and project structures. The focus is on the automation and orchestration of complex business processes, the design of AI-based workflows and the successful implementation of demanding agile organisational projects.
