Strengthen the quality and consistency of centralized and decentralized evaluation processes.
In the project “Backstopping Evaluation Area Department for International Cooperation (SDC),” the Institute for Nonprofit and Public Management, together with the University of Bern and Ceval, supported the SDC in further developing its evaluation practices.
The team provided technical and methodological support, conducted an evaluability assessment of a central strategy, and produced meta-analyses of existing evaluation reports. Through this support, the project sustainably strengthened the quality and coherence of central and decentralized evaluation processes within the SDC.
