An Organisational Digital Twin based Leadership Consulting Eco-System
The aim of LeadAI is to develop an organizational digital twin–based consulting ecosystem that supports companies in analyzing their digital transformation, provides tailored recommendations, and monitors progress. The organizational digital twin mirrors the client organization, combines machine learning with human expert knowledge and collective intelligence, and is delivered through an online platform.
LeadAI disrupts the consulting industry by integrating organizational digital twins, machine learning, and platform ecosystems. It brings managers, employees, and consultants together within the consulting process by leveraging collective intelligence and providing individualized guidance through an AI chatbot.
This creates a unique selling proposition and a radical innovation in the form of an organizational digital twin platform ecosystem that enables cost-efficient, tailored consulting for organizations while providing consultants with scalable access to clients.
