Strengthening the resilience of European labor markets
In the project “Resilience4EU – Resilience through retraining and continuing education for European labor markets in transition,” the FHNW, together with the Basel School of Design (HGK) and international partners, is strengthening the resilience of European labor markets in the digital and green transformation.
Between 2025 and 2027, the Horizon Europe-funded consortium will develop strategies for retraining and continuing education as well as a new framework for analyzing transformation processes. This will result in recommendations for adapting qualifications and educational offerings, with a particular focus on disadvantaged groups and regions. The results will support decision-makers in shaping the transition to a sustainable and digital economy in a targeted manner.
