We develop components and manufacturing processes for the aerospace industry in order to produce complex components faster and more cost-effectively with consistently high quality through automation.
Aerospace technology occupies a special position within general mechanical engineering. The products are exposed to high mechanical and thermal loads, but must nevertheless be designed in a consistently lightweight manner to ensure functionality and cost-effectiveness. Strict safety standards must be met. Proof of very high product reliability is also of central importance.
Development
- System engineering based on requirements lists and interface documents
- Creation of designs using materials and processes in accordance with aerospace guidelines
- Aerospace-compliant finite element models and simulations in NASTRAN
- Strength verification and reports in accordance with international standards, e.g., ECSS (European Cooperation for Space Standardization)
Manufacturing
