Prof. Dr. Anya Nikoulina is a Professor of Strategy and Programme Head of Business Administration and has been working at the FHNW School of Business since 2016.

Prof. Dr. Anya Nikoulina has more than fifteen years of teaching experience in institutions of higher education in Switzerland and abroad. Her research interests include education for sustainable development, internationalization, competence development and teaching and learning in business education. Prior to moving to Switzerland, Anya worked and lived in London, New York, Moscow, Houston, Los Angeles and San Francisco.  Her professional background is the area of marketing and covers oil & gas and technology sectors. Anya holds a PhD (Dr. oec) in management from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and an MBA from the C.T. Bauer College of Business, University of Houston.
