Profile
Michael H. Quade graduated in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences Basel (FHBB), in M.Sc. Business Information Systems from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) and in M.Sc. Business Administration from the University of Bern.
He worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Business Information Systems (IWI) at the FHNW until October 2005 and has been a lecturer for Business Information Systems in various degree programs at the School of Business since June 2012.
At IWI, he conducts research on the use of mobile information systems, business software and digital business. His focus is on empirical studies in various topics of business informatics.
Before joining the university, he held various positions in the private sector, most recently as a project manager in the area of system and product development at Swisscom Mobile AG (now Swisscom Schweiz AG).
