The Center Future Health Management is the transdisciplinary center of excellence for the management of communication, innovation, and transformation in healthcare.
We address today's management challenges in the healthcare system, for example in hospitals, companies, or at the macroeconomic level. In the context of digital transformation/AI, patient-doctor communication, referral management, go-to-market strategies, healthcare costs, and other important topics, we offer practical solutions for hospitals, companies, and administrations.
