      The specialization in Digital Business Management offers students the opportunity to actively shape the digital economy. The focus is on practical skills for developing innovative business models and user-centered products, as well as analyzing and optimizing digital business pro-cesses. Students also learn how strategic IT management and agile project management can make companies future-ready. Complemented by key qualifications such as intercultural com-munication, problem-solving, and self-management, this specialization prepares students to tackle the challenges of a globally connected work environment.

      Program and Project Manager

      As a Program and Project Manager, you plan and lead strategic initiatives, coordinate teams, and ensure the successful implementation of projects. You oversee schedules, budgets, and results, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.

      Business Analyst

      As a Business Analyst, you analyze business processes, identify optimization potential, and develop solutions that create value. You act as the bridge between business and IT, driving innovation and growth through data-driven decisions.

      Requirements Engineer

      As a Requirements Engineer, you capture, analyze, and document requirements to develop tailored solutions. You work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects meet the needs of businesses and users.

      Product Owner

      In the role of Product Owner, you define and prioritize product goals, coordinate with teams, and ensure that products deliver value. You are the driving force behind the realization of innovative ideas and their success in the market.

      Process Manager

      As a Process Manager, you analyze and design business processes to promote efficiency, quality, and innovation. You implement improvements and ensure seamless and targeted workflows.

      Scrum Master
