Course description

The group assignment aims to cultivate an understanding of how to manage legal requirements across different cultures. It encourages critical thinking about the impact of different legal systems on the application of law and on business processes. Furthermore, it highlights the importance of culturally informed legal understanding.

For the FHNW students, the COIL is one of two options to achieve voluntary learning points in the module "Foundations of Business Law".

  • Assignments for Global virtual teams (GVTs) (synchronous/asynchronous).
