How does our interaction with artificial intelligence change when it is given a face, a voice and a personality?

In this research seminar, Philip Krüger (University of Applied Sciences of Graubünden) provides insights into the LifeLike research project and the AInstein avatar – an AI-powered digital twin of Albert Einstein – which is opening up new avenues for education, therapy and human-AI communication. The seminar will discuss the latest research findings on acceptance, trust, the uncanny valley and privacy-friendly avatar systems that can be operated locally.
