Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy to determine molecule structure, dynamics and composition
Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy is a fundamental analytical method to determine the structure, dynamics and composition of organic molecules. We not only perform qualitative measurements to determine structure, but also quantitative measurements, for example to determine purity. This enables us to offer a wide range of NMR services and experiments to our customers, researchers and students.
To request NMR services, please fill out the form below. Our team will be in touch with you shortly.
Measurements
We offer the following one- and two-dimensional measurements:
- 1H, 13C, DEPTq, COSY, HSQC, HMBC, NOESY, TOCSY
- Heteronuclear nuclei such as 13c 29Si 31p 19F I I I
- Spectra with solvent suppression
- Quantitative NMR spectra and content determinations
- Analysis of mixtures (pharmaceutical formulations, biofluids)
- NMR spectra at variable temperatures up to 80°C
- Interpretation of spectra on request
For 2D measurements, a higher sensitivity and shorter measurement time are particularly advantageous for small sample quantities. We can also measure larger sample volumes such as well plates.
We are happy to advise you and prepare an individual quote for you based on your completed order form for service measurements.
Equipment

Client focus
Quality, customer satisfaction and speed are our top priorities. With every order, our customers receive more than just a routine NMR spectrum, because:
- Phase and integration are checked and readjusted if necessary.
- Signals from exchangeable protons (-OH, -NH) are recorded as peaks and integrated.
- Spectra are calibrated manually on request.
- We check the quality of each spectrum before it leaves our premises.
- Measurement results are delivered within one working day of us receiving your sample. You receive a PDF file of the spectra or a ZIP file of the measurement data for processing.
