Personalised medical platform for patients with autoimmune diseases
The aim of the project is to develop and bring to clinic new tools to stratify patients with autoimmune diseases in order to improve diagnosis, prognosis and personalise the treatment. To achieve this ambitious goal, our research programme is constituted of three complementary parts:
- Selection of informative patients from our databases and generation of high throughput data for patient stratification.
- Exploration of new biomarkers, diagnostic tools and therapeutic targets by studying tolerance checkpoints and phenotypic characteristics of autoimmune B cells.
- Design of a clinical decision support tool by integration and analysis of acquired data.
