      Entrepreneurial thinking and action

In our research projects we develop our ability to structure and develop organisations and apply the results to our teaching.

We use the business plan model to help structure organisations effectively and efficiently, and develop them throughout their life cycle, from their foundation and growth through innovation or successful internationalisation until they are handed over to a new generation.

The integral market-oriented business model is at the centre of our work both nationally and internationally, in all matters related to economic efficiency.

We are at the forefront of knowledge-based working methods and consistently apply them in practice. Through our Swiss Challenge business competitions, we identify hundreds of individuals and companies in Switzerland and abroad and offer a select number the opportunity to develop, refine and implement their innovative business ideas.

In our Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme and our CAS, we teach key methods and tools of business administration for all aspects of entrepreneurial thinking and action.

In our consulting projects, we support selected partners in the development and implementation of integral, market-oriented business models, both nationally and internationally, in all matters relating to economic efficiency.
