HRM & Change,

Innovative human resource management proactively shapes change—for people, teams, and organizations.

You are passionate about...

  • People and Organisations
  • Innovative approaches to personnel management
  • Analysis and implementation of changes in organisations

Career opportunities

The HRM & Change specialisation will open up the following professional fields to you:

  • Specialist in Human Resource Management - deepening your knowledge in a field of HRM
  • Change consulting – designing and facilitating change processes
  • Head of HR – leading HR processes and departments
  • Personnel development - supporting employees and organisations developing competencies
  • Recruitment – finding and selecting the right talents

Living Case: Analysing and implementing HR and change

You implement your knowledge in a Living Case, focussing on change management.

Today's work environment is characterised by ever faster change. A modern Human Resource Management (HRM) meets this challenge, develops concepts and strategies for people and organisations and implements them. Digitalisation enables new forms of work and organisation, which an innovative HRM helps to shape. What is needed are people who check, adapt and develop established and novel instruments of HRM and organisational development.

You will study why traditional forms of organising are increasingly replaced by agile concepts and self-organisation and how you can contribute to shaping this change.
