Who is the CAS suitable for?
This programme is designed for (project) managers, internal consultants, coaches, HR professionals, and change managers—whether employed or self-employed—who operate in global and intercultural environments.
You want to actively shape change processes and strengthen your personal and professional change competencies. Participants bring an ongoing change project to the course, which they use as a practical case for applying what they learn. This real-world project also forms the basis for performance assessment.

The programme emphasises managing change in international and intercultural settings, preparing participants to handle global challenges effectively.
Requirements & admission
Applicants should have:
- A tertiary degree (university or university of applied sciences) or equivalent qualifications.
- Professional experience in change projects.
- For those without a tertiary degree: at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 5 years in a (specialist) management role, and relevant further training totaling at least 450 learning hours.
- Motivation aligned with the programme’s goals.
