The Digital Interaction & Trust Competence Center is dedicated to researching digital business models of the future.
Our goal is to promote trust and acceptance in digital customer relationships. With a focus on innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), marketing automation, and digital marketing strategies, we research and advise on how digital interactions can be successfully designed and sustainably optimized.
Digital Interaction & Trust is an interdisciplinary team focusing on digital trust, technology acceptance, and digital transformation. We explore how organizations can develop and successfully implement targeted, cross-channel marketing strategies using innovative technologies such as conversational AI, artificial intelligence (AI), content marketing, and automated customer dialogues.
Our goal is to strategically strengthen digital relationships, whether through optimizing the user experience, innovative approaches to digital marketing such as data-driven content strategies, personalized journeys, or integrated campaigns. At the heart of our work is the question of how trust can be perceived, built, and secured in the long term in digital contexts. We combine in-depth marketing research with practical consulting to create sustainable solutions for digital interactions.
