With our well-equipped testing laboratories, we conduct static and dynamic material and component tests:

Tensile Testing

• Universal testing machine for static or monotonic loads up to 100 kN (Zwick GmbH)

Fatigue Testing

• Two servohydraulic testing machines for cyclic loads up to 100 kN in a temperature range from -40 °C to 250 °C

Strain Measurements

• Various strain gauge measurement systems, including battery-powered setups for flexible use

• Optical, non-contact strain measurement (ARAMIS 3D motion and deformation sensor, GOM GmbH)

Vibration Testing

• Electrodynamic vibration testing system (S57315/LS-340, TIRA GmbH)

Material Analysis

• Additional testing methods, such as hardness testing and microscopy, are described under the Materials Science section.
