Organising a scientific conference is an important career step for researchers and an opportunity to position your institute internationally. The University of Basel, the FHNW School of Life Sciences, ETH Zurich D-BSSE and the Basel Convention Bureau would therefore like to offer support in this area.

Together, we will show you how we can support you in organising a conference in Basel. This session is aimed at researchers as well as administrative staff who support them in planning and delivering scientific events.

Whether you are planning a smaller scientific meeting or a large international congress, the Basel Convention Bureau offers free support at every stage — from the initial idea and bid preparation through to the successful delivery of your event.

Afterwards, we invite you to an apéro and networking. The event will be held in English.
