Communication

I.M.P.A.C.T., FHNW School of Business

School of Business

I.M.P.A.C.T. is the center of excellence for effective communication in the age of new technologies (e.g., AI). With practical solutions, we promote and shape future-oriented communication at the interface between people, technology, and society in order to communicate effectively, responsibly, and humanely in an increasingly digitalized world.

In the context of digital transformation, communication remains as important as ever—but it is taking place under different circumstances. Today, effective communication means, on the one hand, being able to use AI and other technologies sensibly, efficiently, and responsibly. On the other hand, it is important to critically reflect on the use of these technologies and recognize when people must be the focus.

Our team is dedicated to communication in this area of tension between humans and machines. We explore how communication and new technologies can work together optimally and offer customized consulting and training for companies and organizations.
