Contact for cross-institutional matters
On behalf of the management of the Basel Academy of Music FHNW, the Central Student Administration (ZSA, Zentrale Studierendenadministration) securely handles all administrative processes for students and lecturers before, during and after their studies across all institutes and designs a uniform, coordinated and legally binding procedure. The aim is to achieve a high level of satisfaction among the aforementioned stakeholders in terms of communication, information and administrative support in the medium term. In doing so, it ensures smooth processes between the stakeholders: students, lecturers and head of programmes. It forms the link between the study administration of the institutes and the HSM management board.
