Alumni and graduates of the FHNW are organised into independent alumni groups by school. Alumni FHNW is the umbrella for the alumni associations.
The alumni associations help to make sure that contact with former fellow students is maintained. Promoting networking among their alumni is the primary objective of the alumni associations. In addition, the alumni associations at the schools offer a great deal of advantages, for example subject-specific or interdisciplinary events, outings and interesting guided tours, get-togethers with former fellow students and colleagues, and also tips and tricks for entering the world of work, lots of discounts and a wide variety of other offers.
More and more graduates are taking advantage of this opportunity each year and joining their alumni association. These are therefore growing rapidly and are able to constantly add to the services they offer.
Alumni FHNW
As an umbrella organisation, Alumni FHNW forms the interface between the alumni organisations and the FHNW, industry, teaching and research. With unique services, continuing education discounts and networking events, Alumni FHNW adds value for the associations and the individual alumni. Most alumni associations are members of Alumni FHNW.
