How are purchasing decisions made? Psychological insights explain how consumers evaluate products, perceive brands and make decisions. This knowledge helps companies to position their offerings optimally and deploy marketing measures in a targeted manner. Psychology is central when it comes to improving safety and managing risks. You will learn to identify factors influencing behaviour in hazardous situations and to develop targeted measures. The content ranges from risk perception and a culture of learning from mistakes to strengthening psychological safety – valuable for occupational safety, emergency management or innovation projects, amongst other things.
